There are 2 accommodations, detached holiday home 'Onderaan de dijk' and apartment 'Bovenaan de dijk'.

Holiday home ‘Onderaan de Dijk’.
Detached home (90m2) is suitable for four people. The house can be rented as from 3 nights. Ideal for vacation, business stay and/or temporary living.

The living room (36m2) has a spacious and cosy seating area with chaise longue and 2 armchairs.
For a pleasant stay there is a flat screen (50 "), blu ray player, free wireless internet, central heating and there are family games, books, magazines and tourist information.

On the ground floor there is a separate bedroom with 2 single beds and enough cupboard space.
On the 1st floor there is a 'loft' with 2 single beds.
Because of the hygiene, it is mandatory to have the beds changed or washed every week, there is a private washing space available.

From the living room there is access to the closed and fully equipped (built -in) kitchen.
Here you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or meal. There is a 4-burner gas comfort, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and combi microwave. In addition to a toaster, citrus press, hand blender and electric kettle, there are even 3 coffee makers available (filter coffee-nespresso-senseo).

There is a bathroom with a shower and sink (hair dryer available) and there is a separate toilet with sink.
The washing, drying and ironing room is present elsewhere, you can use it at extra costs.

Through the sliding doors (with anti -insect screen) in the living room, you can reach the covered terrace (veranda) with a dining table and chairs.
Subsequently, there is a terrace with garden furniture and the large garden with seats and sun loungers.
At the Waterfront of the garden is a large terrace with a view on the nature of 'Polder De Nesse'.
With nice weather you can sit outside and enjoy the garden surrounded by water with its beautiful views over the peat meadow area with its cows, sheep and meadow birds.
The terrain is surrounded by water and although the garden is largely from the water separated by wide plant borders, it is important to be careful with small children. You can swim in the always flowing water (bring water shoes), suppen etc..

During your stay you are assured of complete privacy, because no other guests will be present. The location offers many opportunities to be active and to relax.

Apartment 'Bovenaan de Dijk'
Is suitable for two people (50 m2) and for rent during the week for 1 night and on weekends for a maximum of 4 nights from Thursday to Monday.

Through your own front door you enter a spacious hall with wardrobe. By the stairs you will arrive on the 1st floor where there is an open space (loft) with your sleeping area on the right with a double bed (1.40x2.00mtr).

On the left is a closed bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (hair dryer available).

There is a small kitchen with enough crockery, cutlery, glassware and other supplies, a fridge with freezer, combi microwave, a 2-burner gas comfort, an electric kettle and nespresso, to prepare a breakfast or a simple meal yourself.
There are enough shops for daily shopping in the village. Of course we can inform you about the restaurants in the area.

From this room you will enter the living room. The seating area has a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a dining table and a cozy table by the window with a view of the River Hollandsche IJssel. The 3-seater sofa is easy to extend to a comfortable sleeping place for when you prefer to sleep separately (1.40x2.00mtr). The apartment is fully equipped, WiFi, flat screen (42 "), Blu Ray player, central heating, air conditioning and anti-insect screens for the windows.

As you wish, it is always possible to order a breakfast, lunch or 3-course dinner.

For a pleasant stay you will find family games, magazines, books, tourist information and cycling and walking routes.

You can use the garden seats and the dining table in the front garden.

Parking and bicycle shed
There is ample opportunity to park on site. If you have an electric car, it is possible to charge your car (11kWh).
You can safely park your bikes in the shed, with charging point.

Smoking and pets
Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets no matter how sweet they are, are not allowed.

Breakfast, lunch or 3 -course dinner
We offer you the possibility to order breakfast, lunch or a 3-course dinner. We work as much as possible with products from our own vegetable garden and organic honest (regional) products from the Krimpenerwaard, also vegetarian and gluten -free. This makes your stay complete.

Shops and public transport
The shopping center for your daily shopping is 3 km away, you can also go to the village for renting a bicycle. The bus stop is 50m away. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, 'something for everyone'.

Prices
You rent from us including bed, bath, kitchen linen. The beds are made for you. So you only have to bring your personal items.
